The committee, composed of students with assistance from the Clubs and Socs staff, authorizes Club budgets, ensuring that they do not go over budget. The university also assists in promoting Dublin City University clubs to other students and members of the community at large. Most significantly, the CLC assists Club committees in managing the day-to-day operations of their Club. Each committee member represents a specific number of Clubs, and any problems arising from these Clubs are brought up for discussion at the weekly sessions.
