Co-educational Church of Ireland boarding school Wilson's Hospital School is situated in a preserved Georgian building in Multyfarnham, County Westmeath, Ireland, just outside of Mullingar. It is "Westmeath's oldest school" and was established in 1761.

The first year of Wilson's Hospital School's three-year senior cycle is a one-year curriculum called Transition Year (TY). The purpose of TY is to serve as a transitional period between the Junior Cycle and the Leaving Certificate program.
