In Tiverton, Devon, Blundell's School is a coed, independent, day and boarding school that follows the public school model of England. It was established in 1604 by the will of one of England's wealthiest men at the time, Peter Blundell, and moved to its current location outside of the town in 1882.

Although the annual full boarding fee is £38,985, the school also offers flexi-boarding and a number of scholarships and bursaries. The school belongs to the Headmasters' and Headmistresses' Conference and has 360 boys and 225 girls, including 117 boys and 85 girls in the Sixth Form.

The Prep School, which enrolls students aged 7 to 11, is located on the eastern side of the parking lot. Year 3 students are primarily taught in classes, however because of specialized instruction in French, Computing, Music, Design Technology, Food Technology, and Games, students must switch classrooms to meet with different teachers for each topic.
